Cd19/Cd20

CD19 and CD20 are both highly and consistently expressed in B-cell lymphomas. While CD20 has a higher average density of surface molecules per tumor cell, CD19 expression is more homogenous and is preserved in small CD20-negative tumor subsets and after anti-CD20 targeted therapy.
