Return/refund policy
Thank you for booking our package. We hope you are happy with your package & services related to it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your booking for any reason, you may request for for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return a report, please email customer service at g1pathlabbinfo@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the report securely in its original packaging and related documents, then mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your report, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank policies. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Any variation in Lipid profile
- In the case of Thyroid, TSH values can vary due to various factors like time of sample collection and fasting status. Only significant variations in TSH levels will be considered.
- In the case of any discrepancy in test results, a free re-sample will be collected and send to 2 partner labs. 1 sample will be sent to our partner lab and another to a standard lab. If a variation is found in the results, we will refund the entire test amount.
- Our quality team reserves the right to make the final decision.
